Legbooter 3000
Its like the Bootlegger 300, but slower.
Highlights: another dog chase. Though a passing bunch were stirring after the last ride when they started yelling about a Crazy Dog, turns out there just was Crazy Dog.
Managed to stare at a rabbit while descending and think "whew, glad he's over there" only for a big roo to bound across infront of me. Clearly, it was an orchestrated trap.
A lot solo at first, rescued by Shane and Richard who were just hammering along to Murray Bridge. Control had no water so the HJ's worker rudely, bluntly said they were shut down. How he couldnt, I dont know, have put this on a paper note rather than viciously denying all salty goodness fries...
Skipped rest at the control to hang with James/Elbert/Div/Tash/Trish and make up 20? minutes, but spat out the back as things pointed up near Dawsley. When they were just rolling oit of Littlehampton, I was just arriving, couldnt do the same thing twice.
Surprised by Div down south - he'd gone home, had a leisurely breakfast, etc, then still chased me down.
Ran into Breachy, said hello to a lot of Very Fast People leapfrogging me from Belair onwards, saw a bajillionty rabbits
